Do I need Square to use SlickChart?
No. SlickChart works beautifully alongside Square, so your bookings, catalog, and payments flow right in. If you do not use Square, everything still works on its own. New to Square? You can sign up through our referral link and get the processing fees waived on your first $1,000 in sales.

Do my clients pay anything?
Never. Your clients get the full experience: visit summaries, forms, messaging, rebooking, and their own progress photos, all completely free. It is all covered by your $10 a month subscription.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No, and that never changes. Text or email any client their visit summary, aftercare, forms, or product picks. It opens right in their browser — nothing to install, no account to make. Even once SlickChart is in the app stores, that version is just an option for providers. Your clients keep using their private link, with no download, ever.
Can I turn off the AI features?
Yes. Every AI feature, including voice notes and summaries, has a simple on and off switch. Turn it all off and SlickChart works exactly the same, just without the assist.
What can I do to protect my practice?
SlickChart sends, signs, and stores digital consent and liability waivers, and its intake forms can flag contraindications before a client ever walks in.
Is my client data private and secure?
Yes. Your client records, photos, and forms belong to your practice alone. They travel over an encrypted connection, sit on secure servers, and are never sold or shared. You can export your data anytime, and delete any client's records whenever you need. You always own your data.
I already use another app, or paper. Is it hard to switch?
No. If you use Square, your clients, catalog, and bookings flow in with one click. Coming from paper or another app? There is nothing to import — just add clients as you see them, and you are running in minutes. Keep your old system alongside SlickChart as long as you like, so there is no risky switch.
